Lee Comes With Loads Of Experience, Knowledge, and Education

Typically, during the spring, I would need to make 5-6 different calls for:

-- Our grass to be cut
-- Our irrigation system to be turned on
-- The fertilization company to start spraying our lawns
-- Another company to be pruning our shrubs and trees
-- Another company to be applying the mulch/pine straw
-- Another company to be planting our spring annuals

That is ALOT of calls to make and different checks to be writing every month. I don’t know about you but I was certainly looking for a one stop shop!!

Last year I came in contact with Lee Scheer. Lee talked to me about his landscape services and right away I knew this guy was different. He wasn’t just someone who woke up one day and decided to go into business for himself and starting knocking door to door. Lee comes with loads of EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and EDUCATION. This is something I’ve found very difficult to find!

What that means to us the homeowner? Well, I was hesitant at first to hand over to Lee all of my business, so I gave him just the irrigation piece. In the past year he has SIGNIFICANTLY lowered our water bill by knowing how to utilize the system to fit the needs our lawn. NO ONE has stepped up in that manner.

Over the past year he has been extraordinary proactive in sharing his education and understanding of all of the different Landscape Services. We’ve talked in great lengths how to lower my bottom line in all areas while still maintaining a certain appearance. I’m proud to say that he has become my ONE STOP SHOP!!!

I feel that it’s very important for our small community to find someone that we can TRUST, is RELIABLE, and UNDERSTANDS what our needs are. LEE SCHEER fits that description and has made my life a lot easier. I hope that he will do the same for you.

The Amount Of Water I Save ... Far Outweighed The Cost

I began working with Lee Scheer this year in an attempt to reduce my extremely high irrigation bill and still have a beautiful lawn. I signed a one-year contract with him which included monitoring and adjust your controller to changing weather conditions. 

The amount of water I saved this year with his constant attention to the irrigation system far outweighed the cost more than paid for the service agreement.

I totally recommend Lee and his services and will use him again next year.

Lee Provides Consistently Outstanding Customer Service

There are two specific reasons why I would recommend Lee Scheer. 

First, he is not only very knowledgeable about how irrigation systems work, he also knows a great deal about grass, plants, and shrubs, which allowed him to make very informed decisions about appropriate programming of my system.  It was clear that I could trust Lee to figure this out for me and check it off of my list of things to worry about or think about over the summer. 

Second, it is clear that Lee cares about each of his customers and provides consistently outstanding customer service.  Whether through email, phone calls, or just stopping by when he was in the neighborhood Lee checked in regularly and made adjustments as needed.  On the few occasions I had questions or concerns, Lee responded immediately. 

Additionally, Lee makes helpful and informative suggestions, but I never feel pushed to make an expensive change.  He is willing to do long-term planning with me so I don't have large costs all at once.  Lee is friendly, hard working, and confident about what he knows and does . 

We will definitely continue to use LN Scheer & Sons for our lawn and landscape needs.
